Early tulip leaves

Visited the neighbour and in her front garden are these strong tulips pushing up. We are in for a week of rain and then rising temps. So, by the end of the month it is supposed to be 86ºF (30ºC(
Wow, the predictors could be right and we are in for a ht summer.
Better get the garden ready for the new seeds!
And to think it was only back on February 14th that it was 21 below here!!
