Spring Cleaning

Spring cleaning mode at the cosy cottage today as I made use of an unexpected free day. I was due on air display team training but rather more crew than aircraft meant they were already mob handed!

There is something reassuringly cathartic about chucking out unwanted clothes, bags and trinkets for charity, scrubbing the bathroom from top to bottom (except the lovely dry bleach hands) and rediscovering a misplaced favourite handbag and matching gloves (see Blip photo).

Might have gone a bit mad on the cleaning front as I ended up with a splitting headache this evening. But that didn't stop me spending a relaxing evening with my airfield friends catching up over food and a glass of red.
