Art In the City

This morning I meet up with my freind I hadn't seen since her stay at Akaroa and we took a slow walk into the city to visit the newly reopened Christchurch Art Gallery. We stopped for a coffee on the way.

After a look around the gallery we went and had a long lunch and a catch up on what has been happening in our lives.

I had taken an my umbrella with me as it was to have rained. It sure was a grey dull day but very mild. The sun did try and show her sunny face without any luck. We just got back to my place and there was a brief light shower. We were lucky to missed it.
