Just as I clicked the shutter, the bluetit (Cyanistes caeruleus) flew off so I was thrilled to find I'd caught him with his wings spread ready for take-off.

Today at 'U3A digipix' we learned how to add text to photos and how to create a text mask to use pictures to colour text - so I wrote my name in flowers and pasted it to the sea's horizon to sit in the sky. What fun! ( I already knew a little about how to add and manipulate text using the old U-Lead program, but I'd no idea where to begin on Photoshop. Shall now have lots of fun playing!)
