Hopping Along!

My Silver Sneakers class had a special instructor today -- the Easter Bunny!

Tammy, our instructor, calls herself the "Director of Fun" at the YMCA, although her official title is Healthy Living Director. I've never enjoyed exercise so much as in the Silver Sneakers classes she teaches! Tammy regales us with funny stories, while also keeping us on track with our full-body workouts, and always makes the day brighter. 

Today, in addition to leading the hour-long class in a full bunny costume, Tammy brought little Easter candies that she incorporated into some of the exercises in the cool-down period near the end. Now that's creative!
