Glen Tilt, Perthshire and Beinn a'Ghlo

More a range of hills than a single peak, Beinn a'Ghlo has three Munro summits. These may be rounded, but the steep flanks and sculpted form of this great massif makes for a memorable outing. Here one of the peaks is shrouded in mist although the sun was shining in the glen.
One of the extra photos has captured the Inverness train advancing towards Blair Atholl level crossing and the other shows Beinn a'Ghlo through the silver birches at Blair Atholl.
