Wheels

We're in Holland on another house hunt. When driving to the supermarket all these giant wheels are visible alongside the road, I can only guess it's something to do with some kind of cable (glass fibre?). I thought the lady on the bike added a nice touch of other wheels and proportion. In between looking for and making appointments to visit houses I've been busy with choosing entries for the IGPOTY 2016 monochrome competition, hence my mono version of these wheels (you won't usually catch me making monos of anything, except for MonoMonday).
