Over 60s put on their tap dancing shoes

Well, yesterday I bought my first ever pair of tap dancing shoes.
This is not something I ever expected to do, especially as I am now in possession of a bus pass. But hey! Who is to say one is too old to dance?

So I am now the proud owner of a shiny new pair of tap dancing shoes and this afternoon I tried them out for the first time in class.

They make an amazing clatter!
This is a new tap dancing class started by a group in Stirling for over 60s- all part of Get Scotland Dancing!

We all met up through the Keep Dancing class at the macrobert arts centre and decided to form our own tap dancing group.
Some are complete beginners, like myself, while others did as children.
