Keep Your Hands On The Wheel !

A short trip on the bus gave me a horror blip .Not  a joke  for today . What should I see driving along in the next lane was this car .The driver , a  mother chatting away on her phone .( Smart or iPhone plain daft  ) To top it all her child was in a rear facing baby seat .on the front seat .Dr Google tells me this is the worst possible spot . She shot off speeding & still talking . Let's hope for her sake she  got the little one home. The child's face I've  blurred . I would have thought the price of hands free chat and correct place for baby transport would be paramount . Seemingly not so for some .
