Let's go Playa

On the Beach, very few people.
Just Sam, aged 5, and me, aged...
Well, 1955 was a vintage year.

But why resist a beach like this?
The sand goes for miles
And it trickles
Uncomfortably into the
beach shoes, the sand shoes,
who has those today?

Sam and me.

We play nicely.

The adults watch from the safety
of the marble
esplanade.  No sand
between the toes for them.

Just me and Sam

and the sand and the sea
and the sky.

It's all so grand, grandeur, and big and splendid.

And we play
On the Playa
Sam and me...
