East Coast

Didn't sleep that well. i used to sleep SO well, no longer.

Breakfast as a group in the Skylight cafe and then our meeting. Much better this time.

It was warm and sunny in Newcastle but as the train headed north the clouds were getting darker and darker and by the time we reached Dunbar (Belhaven even) the predicted rain was falling.

Market Street being semi-closed (yet another Edinburgh diversion) I decided to take a cab. 10 minutes and £5 later we were still waiting to traverse the Royal Mile - why can't the travel planners get it right?

A very wet, soggy evening. Le Tour and not a lot else I think.

East Coast train - feels like my second home these days.
