An assortment of pine cones

What a nasty day it is today--cold, windy & rainy--not fit for man nor beast!  The ONLY redeeming thing about the weather is that it's not snowing!!  We went to church & out to breakfast this morning & it took me awhile to warm up once we were home! It's much too wet & ickly to be out with the camera, so I resorted to my stash of pinecones...just piled them up and took a picture. I love the assortment of colors and the textures in these!  Hope you're all having a great weekend! (& with better weather than we're having here!)  :))
