The other place

Oh dear, I am paying the price of taking a whole weekend off work. I have been at my computer all day and I have not managed to get everything done. However, I am still taking the evening off to spend it with my colleague Diane. She is staying overnight with us ahead of a two day course that we are running on campus tomorrow.

My blip is of the ceiling decoration in the pub round the corner from us. We had pre-dinner drinks here with Diane - then came home to delicious fish pie.

Exercise today: morning running loops in 28'57", sit-ups, weights and stretches (with a a gap in between to deliver our next door neighbour to the station).
