St James

I've taken this particular photograph quite a few times, as a putative blip, but it's always been overtaken by other better photographs later in the day. And those times it's always been grey, as befits the generally rather grim subject matter, memorialised here because it's going to be demolished from May onwards. How irritating that it was sunny this morning. This is the second of these that I've taken - having already got a snap of the side of the Thistle King James.

Anyway, I guess this is properly tagged a #leithwalkshop. After all, it's got part of John Lewis in it.

Working at home either end of the day, bookending a quick trip to work for lunch with a colleague (very useful - academic - chat) and opening a seminar organised by some of our postdocs.

Mainly this evening, it's all about getting ready.
