What everyone wants

You want a palace? I can fix it for you. A quick trip to Jesi, and it's yours for a song.

Now mind you, there doesn't seem to be much to do in Jesi (apart from look around the endless clothes market on a Wednesday morning) and it even proved tricky to find a suitable cafe for our outdoor morning coffee. But never mind. I'm sure it's a place on the up.

After coffee, we also stopped off at Montecassiano, and parked up by hedgerow of what looked like elder flowers (but weren't), which were teeming with bees and butterflies (see extra). For the taller amongst us, there was an epic view.

Now we are ensconced in Macerata for a few days, and the work has begun. All good things come to an end.
