You'll find lots of these tiny golden moths emerging in oak woodland at the moment. Try gently shaking a branch and follow anything that flies out to its new landing spot.

Dyseriocrania subpurpurella (also referred to as Ericocrania) is one of the leaf mining moths.

This was one of the scores that were around on Baildon Bank today.
