Macro Saturday rose.

While fiddling around with my camera today I found I have a macro setting and telephoto macro setting. So I raced around and took some shots in the garden. I am not particularly impressed with this rose as it has few, smallish flowers for a short period each year. I do however like my shot up close. It was a bit breezy so not ideal conditions outside but I was so excited to use my new equipment I didn't care.

We went over to visit Bryan, Kristy and boys. They are growing fast and getting confident. We love them. We bought Charlie some sand for his second birthday. He is getting a lot of pleasure from it. Only cost some effort and (we got four big buckets full for ) $7. Bargain.
