Between showers

I simply didn't find opportunity for Flower Friday, so I decided to declare Fowl Friday instead...!

In the moments between pelting rain and frozen golf-balls, it was beautifully sunny. I nipped over to the girls to collect the eggs and took them some left over raspberries from last years harvest, which had been out of the freezer for too long. Nothing is wasted here...

The rest of the day was taken up navigating the pre-holiday traffic in order to pick up some new footwear for an impending holiday, and a visit to the father-in-law. Wanted to share some good news about his grand-daughter. ;-)
