Stormy sky at Stowe

On our way to a Blipmeet at Igor's gig in Stony Stratford, we spent the afternoon walking all round Stowe Landscape Gardens and being overwhelmed at the facilities money can buy at Stowe School.

There were some very dramatic skies but surprisingly enough we didn't get wet!

Going to meet 6 other blippers now for a pre gig curry,

Added after the gig is my last poem for the NationalPoetry Writing Month Challenge.  It's based on some lyrics from one of the songs at the Gig.

The road is hard and it's long long long and I sing my sinner's song

So where do we go from here with this trek up this long hard road?

Do we stumble on, down the path to sin

Or do we put it all behind us?

Forget what we were?

Can we ignore that hard hard road in front of us and turn to the truth?

Yes it's a hard hard road and its long so long, but we turn our face to righteousness.

And there we build a home for us all where love can live and sins will be forgiven.

When the road is hard. Look to truth.

And look to love and find the way to peace.
