Coryton Cove

It's been another lovely day here, partly taken up with mowing grass and going to the tip. I set off for a blip in the afternoon but found myself in what seemed to be an interminable jam in Dawlish, so I cancelled my planned destination and turned back to Coryton Cove in Dawlish. I think I was lucky to get out because once that Exeter Road exit from Town is blocked, the large roundabout by the station soon gets clogged by the traffic, because the single lane traffic calming measures don't allow escape.

Anyway, Coryton Cove, when I got there was basking in sunshine with people bathing and sunbathing as if it was midsummer. I walked to the far end of the beach to get this shot looking back.
