Fresh Green

The fresh green leaves on the deciduous trees are unfurling and were set off beautifully today in Sherrards Park Wood by a blue sky.

Sarah & I postponed our longer walk on Dubstable Downs as neither of us were up to it and we enjoyed the woodland instead, still carpeted with bluebells.

In the garden I spotted 4 different sorts of butterfly flitting around in the sun. It really feels like Summer is just around the corner.

This evening we've been to Lauren's AS music composition concert. Both our two played violin for several young composers and it was all very enjoyable.
