Trees, water, sunlight.
Hmm, maybe that should be a tag... only now I'll have to go back through my journal and add it to appropriate blips. Talk about making work for myself!
Another beautiful day so I drove to Kinder after work and did a bit of navigation practice sandwiched between two waterfalls, Crowden up and Grindsbrook down. It's good fun scrambling up Crowden Brook, even on your own and even in heavy walking boots. S showed me the way last September although, when I phoned him halfway home to arrange a time for tomorrow morning, it seems that our memories of that day differ in that he says we did Crowden, Grindsbrook and Jacob's Ladder... I'm not convinced I have to say but whatever....
This photo is Crowden Brook at the beginning of the walk where it's running down to Barber Booth.
Shorts and strappy top were worn today, although I did have trousers, t-shirt, fleece and waterproof in my bag... only the fleece was needed though. I think I've caught the sun :-)
