And so it was time to leave Brighton. We went for a last walk down by the sea, and I took this picture. I've brightened it slightly, turned down the contrast, and put the colours up a tiny bit. I think it looks a bit more like a postcard like that.

The journey home was also pretty smooth. When we got back we didn't even unpack as we were so tired. In fact, as I write this, two and a half weeks later, I STILL haven't unpacked some of the bags I brought back with me. The reasons why will become obvious in the blips that are to come.

We checked on all the animals, then had an early night. The alarm clock was set for 5.00 the next morning.
