Rescued Orphan

My colleague and friend appeared in the office mid-morning clasping something precious hidden in his hands. It was a little orphaned duckling found abandoned on the Pavillion Lawn.

It was so tiny and shivering with cold. The wildlife warden warmed up the cute bundle of fluff and later on returned it to the water where it was adopted my a lone female. Ahhhhhhh
