Masquerade Ball

Leeds Castle colleagues put on their glad rags for the annual Elsie's Awards Party which this year was themed masquerade. The outfits were as colourful as they were imaginative and everyone had a blast.

Venetian masks and feathers were equally as popular as theatrical disguises and of course a few cats, butterflies even a fox (glove) and zebra made an appearance.

Awards were given to well deserving teams and individuals voted for by the staff. I was thrilled one of my good friends won a gong while another received a nomination.

Much laughter, dancing and the photo booth made for a great evening where everyone let their hair down. The wine was flowing (rather a bit too much) right up to the post-party drinks on the terrace overlooking the Castle beautifully lit up against the dark night sky.
