With having done no exercise since last Sunday I felt in need of a walk this afternoon, so I went to Elvaston Country Park just down the road from me and found that the Old English Garden is now open to the public. 

The restoration work is nearing completion in this walled garden, although the actual walls still need a bit of tlc. as sections are leaning slightly. 

These tulips caught my eye, fading but still beautiful.
