Druids Who Lunch

Back from Dubrovnik at two this morning, and up and out again at ten. At somer stage there was "some sleeping".

A lovely blast on Morrigan down to Avebury to meet up with a bunch of members of The Druid Network including Jeffrey who was over from New York. Always good to meet other members of what is largely an online community - a bit like blipfoto really.

And always good to visit Avebury, which if you are unfamiliar is a village wholly contained within the largest neolithic stone circle in Europe. The circle itself holds two other circles, as well as the village at the heart of which is the Red Lion pub.

A pub in a stone circle... how could there not be Druids lunching?! The photo however shows a copse of trees of which I am very fond, having spent many an hour there over many years. Fantastic root system. Very talkative.

Back Blipping from Dubrovnik will begin once I've mowed the jungle that was only last week a reasonably tidy lawn... Thanks for all your input while I've been away - I could star, heart and comment, but I couldn't upload!
