Winchester Cathedral

A nice drive down to Winchester on a day which turned out rather warmer than the weather forecast suggested. We had a walk around the town and visited the cathedral grounds and a National Trust watermill before a relaxing early evening drink opposite the cathedral. Back to the hotel where there is a group in from the '1818 Society'. I'm not sure what the Society is about but it looks as though the name may be based on the members' dates of birth.
