Tiny Tuesday 51 Granny's Bonnets

Last year our garden was full to overflowing with these charming cottage garden flowers, but this year very few have appeared.  Such as there are, are growing happily enough in a shady corner and hopefully will self seed  during the coming year. 

In other news:  the carpet was finally fitted this afternoon in the dining room!  So is the project finished you may ask.  Actually no:  the strip between the wooden floor and carpet still needs to be fitted and the  decorator can't come until the other side of the summer (although to be fair we always, knew about the decorator situation.
