'Just like that'

I had a get well soon card arrive in the post today, featuring the late, great Tommy Cooper. I put it up on the table behind the couch, next to the flowers that S got me when I got home on Friday.

I've been up off the couch again today, which is great, managing to sit on our big comfy chair with my leg stretched out on the footstool on a couple of pillows. I'm still sore of course, but each day I feel better in myself, so that's a good thing.

In case you can't read what's on the outside of the card, it's one of Tommy Cooper's one liners - "I'm on a whisky diet. I've lost three days already!"
