Tiny.......

......Tuesday found me on the hunt in my garden for something, well tiny!

Being a cold day, with some sun this morning, monarch's were fluttering through, a few bees were visiting the autumn camellia but no other insects could be found.

I stumbled across this self sown primula just starting to unfurl. A little bit of colour amongst the leaf debris, nicely settled in the depths of my garden. 

I've felt the cold today while outside, bitter even in the sun. Leaves are fast disappearing from the trees, clouds are low and grey as they hover over us, blackbirds are fossicking for worms, the garden is really damp and the washing has that chilled feel - winter is here!
