The Fringe is coming...

...and the adverts are going up across the city. I assume this is an authorised spot, although elsewhere there are little cages being put up that are waiting for the posterers - a way of controlling the flypostering. An indictment of the city's priorities as while it goes out of its way to accommodate fringe posters to publicise shows, especially the shows at the big 'mainstream Fringe venues' that are mostly run by companies based outwith the city, it has banned the temporary political posters that used to be put up for the week of elections.
