Floral

It is surprising how much there is to do, on returning from holiday.

But we are getting there.

Late afternoon we journeyed to Dunham Massey, for a walk in the sunshine. The Hawthorn, Cow Parsley, Pink Campion, and Rowan flowers are all looking fantastic.

Walking along the Bridgewater Canal, quite a few narrowboats. I liked this bucket of flowers atop one of them, with - for no particular reason - a squirrel amongst them.

In the park, not many people about, and the deer seemed unusually confiding. Or - as seems to be the case in the extra - just plain bored ! Maybe these are young bucks, the does are elsewhere dropping new fawns.
