Sullivan's Gulch

Sometimes on my way to Fred Meyer to pick up some groceries I'll walk through Sullivan's Gulch for a change of scenery.  It's a cool little neighborhood with a big mix of architecture.  I've always liked this house, mainly for the palms in the front yard, of which there are many.  The yellow front door is great too.  Last week I noticed it was on the market, today when I walked by a sale is pending already.  Not surprised!
