Bye Bye Blackbird

This baby blackbird landed on the back of the garden swing then realised she/he didn't know how to get off. Eventually, after I'd helpfully taken a few photos, it's mother arrived and after she had hopped about a bit the baby took the hint and jumped off into the bush.

In other news: it rained today, well that's not really news is it?
