Summer flower

Oh dear, the runny nose mentioned yesterday developed into a fully-fledged cold overnight. I hardly slept at all so I felt wrecked most of the day. My glands are all swollen and I have a sore throat too.

Fortunately I had no meetings in my calendar today so I was able to work at home, albeit not at my usual pace.

My blip is of a flower in a hanging basket just outside our front door - the furthest I ventured all day.

Exercise today: none.
