Iris

Not too bad a day but not inspiring and I found plenty to occupy myself at home. These lovely irises grow behind the pond and in front of the tree peonies whose foliage provides an interesting background. I've photographed purple ones before but not these white ones.

I have to go out in a short while for a meeting with the local Scouts fundraising committee for whom we (the Bishopsteignton Commitments) are doing a charity gig later in the year. I'm hoping that won't take too long but at least we're meeting in the pub.
