Fields of Gold...

... and a bit of purple. It's getting hot and dry now, but the fields are still beautiful - the problem is getting my driver to stop so I can photograph them. Went to Montemor-o-Novo today to shop at a bigger supermarket, though rather disappointed to have ended up leaving half the stuff there; thankfully, hadn't paid for it.

Brazilian family staying with us tonight - feels good to have visitors again.
