Life In The Fast Lane

Day one of a two day karting school which My Girl and her best friend are participating in.

Both of them are real petrol heads and I'm afraid I'm guilty of 'fuelling' their obsession with all things fast.

After introducing them to motorcycle speedway, it was a case of light the blue touch-paper and stand well back!

It's now become an integral part of their lives.

The karting school offered to improve their skills and give pointers to cutting lap times, passing etc

Also once the training is completed, they can then race adults too and they get free membership for a year, with various financial incentives.

Judging by the lap times, it's money well spent.
