Just visiting ...

For the first time in ten years I'm not a member of the SEC General Synod, but I went along to the Synod Eucharist today to pray for the important work on the marriage canon - and to hear Mr PB's Kilbride Mass being used as the setting for the occasion.

In the event, of course, I didn't just hear it: I sang it fairly lustily from the gallery. I could hear others sing it too - and it was great to hear also the many enthusiastic comments afterwards.

I left before any of the shocking news about the ABC's threat to our Primus, but I shall return tomorrow...
