The Old Forge (Tuesday 14th June 2016)

When I popped out to photograph the surprise rose on Monday, I noticed these tiny buds appearing on one of the trees that had been savagely pruned recently and was pleased to see that it is staging a comeback already. I was stuck inside yesterday awaiting a courier than never showed out so I popped out in the rain to record the rebirth as a desperate quickie blip.
