Birthday boy

Premature (story of his life) but we celebrated his birthday tonight as people were not available on the actual day (23rd). Good food, fine whiskies and good company - what more could a man ask for.

I was planning on riding tomorrow morning as the weather forecast looks pretty favourable but I was told in no uncertain terms that I was NOT going for a ride. Could it have something to do with father's day? We live in hope.

Badminton cancelled on Monday due to the football. Instead, we will be having a fish and chip supper with a bottle of white wine round at Mick and Coral's. I can live with that.
