Courgette and bean salad

...in the making. Yesterday we were given two huge courgettes, but because Steve's not very keen on them except when they're cooked down in curries and stews, I'm making a salad for myself with a bit of one and freezing the rest of it in chunks. The other courgette is waiting for inspiration.

This morning I'm also making the first batch of tomato passata of the year using some tomatoes another neighbour gave us the other day. I might freeze it in margerine tubs instead of bottling it as usual, as we've got double the freezer space we did have.
