Accessory Work

Most days we have some accessory work to do after the main workout at CrossFit. It's a good time to cool down before jumping back in the car to head home and start a busy working day.

Sometimes the accessory work is just as tough as the main WOD working some strict movements and stability/imbalances. This 28kg kettlebell was my work buddy today. Heavy high pulls ufff!

At least it matches my shoes (pair 1 and pair 2)
