This Blip for some reason reminded me of Vincent Van Gogh and his Chair.

Not any one on at this moment, nor very many at all today really. Was a fairly quiet day & even quieter in the halfway house with most choosing to play through without even so much as waive. Have our prices for coffee & chocolate bars gone up that much (well, they have increased). Gave me a chance to get cracking with another application for a training contract with a firm due tomorrow. Good planning by me there, but just been so busy of late. Anyway managed to get an application form, covering letter & CV all sent off by the deadline, so ever so slightly happier about the state of my employment.

And just while we're on the subject, why oh why do some law firms require a CV, a covering letter AND an application form? They're all the same thing, with a few annoying questions tagged here & there, & all together take so long to complete with you telling them nothing they couldn't have already gathered from one of the other documents! Rant over. Time to get on with another CV, covering letter & application form extravaganza.

I'm just not that interesting.. but if they want 3 pieces of paper, instead of just the one telling them that, who am I to argue.
