Cliff Walk

Friday at last, and would you believe it BB and I had to be up and out as on any other Friday, as I had another appointment before 9am for my toe.  Once that was done, the rest of the day was ours.  We came back home, had toast and I did a few chores.  We then headed to the library where BB got his first two reading challenge cards.  He also picked a new book.  We headed off to do some shopping and would have gone for a walk round by the river had a shower of rain not appeared.  We headed to a local café for lunch instead.  BB was delighted, but I think he had probably eaten far too much breakfast  as he struggled with his lunch – most unlike him!

We then headed to Dunbar and had a walk along the cliffs through the town and back via the harbour.  This took in three playparks, the beach and BB required a magnum to keep him going.  It was a beautiful afternoon – although rather blustery.
