The Way of Colour

Breaking through on the other side

18C not much breeze, and thankfully no sign of the heavy rain the Weathermen promised although there must have been some through the night as we had puddles on the country road this morning. We did have some drizzly showers.

Way too wordy yesterday. Apologies to those who fell asleep, or got bored, or who wisely ignored the rambling :-)

Apothecary7 had her day off today so there was coffee in Broughty Ferry this morning. Waited until the showers went off and walked Maeve the Deerhound after lunch on the usual route. Very soggy trousers after the bridle path. Long grass!

Two men at the Fishermen's huts. One putting the finishing touches to the new hut roof, the other working around in his fishing gear repair area. The corrugated iron removed from the roof is gone (eek!) apart from one sheet which provided today's blip. I think it has been turned over to show the underside so some different colour was on offer, but still the same interesting rust :-)
