Work, work, work

Up early and off west on the train. The sky was black by the time we got to Livingston and it rained, bucketed! S, B, Z and I were a bit damp by the time we got to the Albany Centre.

We were there for a day on Employability and Homelessness, run jointly by us and Simon Community Scotland. It was an excellent day including a presentation from S about our Lottery funded project. The main message was our clients want to work . It's our job to support them to achieve that goal. But it was very hot and airless in the room. Phew!

Home on the train and an evening of catching up on the phone with J and E. I managed to have tea in the garden, before the rain returned. Good day though.
