Wild Grass

I’ve not strayed very far today due to the heat except this evening there was a talk at the Camera Club on “Photographing Stars” (the human kind). Unfortunately the speaker’s father died today but we weren’t notified until members had arrived. As a fill-in a very impromptu presentation of slide shows was given by a local member that went down well. 
My blip today is a wild grass that was taken using manual mode as I feel I’ve been getting very variable results with auto metering.
