Meadow Cranesbill

Just a quick blip today taken went I was walking the dogs this morning. The meadow cranesbill (I hope I've got the right identity) is particularly prolific this year maybe because of the prolonged wet winter. There were patches of it all the way up this path from the salt marsh to the toilet block in John Muir Country Park.

My time has been totally taken up today with building a summerhouse. We've been painting the panels for it over the past couple of weeks while we were waiting the the slab foundations to dry and today was 'assembly day'. Like most of these 'build it yourself' kits there are always one or two problems like getting the doors to hang properly but we got most  of it finished and there is just the felt to go on the roof and the glazing to be done hopefully before it rains tomorrow lunchtime !
